DIYAH
My player of the week for last week was Diyah. Diyah has had a run of injuries, despite this he has applied himself every step of the way, showing discipline beyond his years and a determination that doesn’t waiver. It’s not easy having to modify exercises due to injury, sitting out while your team mates play on but he’s remained focused on what he ‘can do.’ Shifting training to core, Pilates, controlled movements and strength with great results. Proud of you Diyah 🙌
