Focus
The Level Up Program is a structured 8-week skills and strength development program designed to support players and athletes of all levels to level up their basketball performance and mindset.
Athletes are placed into small training groups of no more than five players, carefully matched based on experience, skill set, and development needs. This small-group format allows for personalised coaching, targeted feedback, and accelerated growth.
The program is built around five core foundations that support holistic athlete development:
Skills: technical and tactical basketball development
Power: strength, movement, and physical capacity
Fuel: education around nutrition and performance support
Resilience: confidence, mindset, and consistency
Recovery: load management, rest, and injury prevention
