Our strength and conditioning sessions are designed to help athletes move better, get stronger, and perform with confidence on the court. Sessions are delivered in 1-on-1 and in small groups to ensure quality coaching, individual attention, and a strong training environment. Sessions are structured to challenge athletes of all experience levels while prioritising safe, effective athletic development.

Core Focus Areas Include:

  • Movement mechanics (running, jumping, landing, deceleration)

  • Lower-body strength for speed, power, and injury resilience

  • Core strength and trunk control

  • Upper-body strength for shooting, passing, and contact tolerance

  • Agility, change of direction, and reactive movement

  • Conditioning specific to basketball demands

  • Coordination, balance, and body awareness
